Dear Colleague,
We would like to invite you to an international conference entitled Identity and collecting: meanings and interpretations, organized by the Department of Art History of Masaryk University in cooperation with the Slovak National Gallery. The aim of the conference is to explore the diverse perspectives on the notion of identity in the context of collecting and to come to a unified conclusion about its own meaning. The conference will take place on 16 and 17 May 2024 at 9.00 am in the Cinema Hall of the Slovak National Gallery (Rázusovo nábrežie 2), and will be held using simultaneous English and Slovak translation.
