The Art History Department has contracts with 17 universities in eight different European countries (Austria, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Slovakia, and Slovenia). Students can be awarded a six-month fellowship at each of these institutions. The first selection round (always for the next academic year) is in February. If there are still vacancies left, a second round of selection is offered in May for mobility during the spring semester of the following academic year.

Students must submit a CV and motivation letter to the selection committee and upload it to the appropriate application https://isois.ois.muni.cz/ (where they must register beforehand).

In early February, the programme is presented each year during a personal meeting with the programme coordinator.

Erasmus stays are one of the most exciting parts of the student experience, so the department's policy is to allow as many interested students as possible an Erasmus stay. It is the reason why, for the past 10 years, the success rate at the department, is close to 100%!
